Delete your account
First Day List · Design Depot EOOD
You can delete your First Day List account and its data at any time, from the app or by email.
In the app (fastest)
- Open First Day List on your phone or at app.firstdaylist.com and sign in.
- Go to Profile.
- Tap Delete my account and confirm.
The account is deleted straight away.
By email
Write to support@firstdaylist.com from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted
- Your profile: name, email, phone and profile picture.
- All your lists and items, AI requests, suggestions and list invitations.
- Your billing details and remaining purchases (lists, passes, AI credits).
What we keep
- Invoices issued to you — for 10 years, as required by Bulgarian accounting law. They are not used for anything else.
- Payment records held by Stripe, Apple or Google under their own rules.
