Terms of Use

1. Introduction and acceptance
Welcome to First Day List, a mobile app and website (firstdaylist.com) provided by Design Depot EOOD (company ID 104689647, 9V Konstantin Panitsa St., Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria). By using the Service you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy and, if you buy a pass or pack, the Subscription Terms.
The Service is for users aged 18 or over. We take care that information in the Service is accurate and useful, but we do not guarantee that all content is complete, accurate or current — the Service is provided "as is" to the extent permitted by consumer-protection law.
2. Description of the Service
Checklists ("lists") by life occasion: ready-made templates, custom lists and rows, recommended products with links to online merchants, an AI Assistant, live list sharing with another user, and the option to suggest a new or enriched list for our review. Some features require an account; core features also work without an account through an anonymous device-linked session.
3. Account and responsibility
Registration information must be accurate and current. You are responsible for your password and for activity on your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, write to office@design-depot.eu.
4. Rules of use
You must not: use the Service for unlawful purposes; infringe third-party rights; send unwanted communication through sharing or suggestions; gain unauthorized access, or use bots or scrapers without consent; overload our infrastructure (including excessive AI requests); or distribute malware.
5. Your content
Content that breaks the law or third-party rights, is discriminatory or threatening, is spam, or contains other people's sensitive data without consent is not allowed. We may remove such content and restrict access for repeated violations. You confirm you have rights to your content; you grant us only the rights needed to store and display it for the Service — we never use it for third-party advertising.
6. Affiliate links and sponsored content
The Service contains affiliate links — we may earn a commission on a purchase at no extra cost to you. Paid placements outside a standard affiliate network are labeled "Sponsored". We are not responsible for the practices of third parties that links lead to.
7. AI Assistant
Results are suggestions only and may contain errors — review them before relying on them. Do not enter sensitive personal information in requests.
8. Subscriptions and payments
See the separate Subscription Terms, which form part of these Terms.
9. Intellectual property
The Service and its content belong to Design Depot EOOD or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.
10. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, except for intent or gross negligence, or where liability cannot be excluded by law. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time by deleting your account. We may restrict access for a material breach after reasonable notice (except for serious or repeated breaches).
12. Out-of-court dispute resolution
EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. In Bulgaria: the Consumer Protection Commission (КЗП) or a reconciliation commission.
13. Changes to these Terms
We will give advance notice of material changes.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
Bulgarian law applies, subject to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of the EU member state where the consumer lives.
